You will have access to a highly skilled Injection Moulding department that has invested in a very high standard of production equipment, allowing your jobs to run faster and more reliably, and be delivered on schedule at the right cost. Ancillary equipment to improve processing further includes automatic hopper loaders, material dryers, mould temperature controllers, conveyer systems, automatic part separation and robot sprue / part picking. You can have components produced up to 1.75 kg in weight in batches to suit your requirements..

There are a number of more specialised services that can be provided for a solution to an unusual shape or type of component: Hydraulic core pulling · Colour matching to Pantone and RAL specifications · Special effect finishes · Vertical moulding (22 tons) for split line injection · Metal and alloy insert moulding · Hot foil blocking for scratch resistant colour printing on mouldings.

Common stock materials available: ABS · Acetal · Acrylic · Fortron (Polyphenylene Sulphide) · Nylon 6, 66 & 12 (Glass and mineral reinforced) · Polycarbonate · Polypropylene · Polystyrene · Ultem (Polyetherimide).
